components dropping and won't reconnect

Can someone help me? I’ve tried and tried to get my 100s and my playbar to reconnect. This problem has persisted since the now infamous May ‘24 software update Sonos pushed out.

My 100s will appear, if and only if, I delete and reinstall the app on my IOS. However, within minutes they disappear again.

My playbar just won’t show up.

To set the stage… I’ve been running my Sonos system, which consists of several components beyond those mentioned above, via Starlink. I know Sonos claims they don’t support Starlink connected systems (stupid!), but mine worked fine for several years prior to the May update and haven’t work properly since. I’ve read and tried all I can find on the Sonos support community and the Internet, to no avail. Though, I could probably test out of an IoT Masters at this point.

If someone can help me resolve this, I’d be eternally grateful. Hell, I’d pay someone to come to my home and resolve this if I could find someone that new how.

Have you called Sonos Support? They are free and good at finding odd issues a solution.

Yes, several times. They tell me they can’t help because they don’t support systems running on Starlink.
