issues with Tidal

When I select a record or a song in Tidal the system crash after 5 sec minimum and pass to the next song and continues doing the same.

This only happen when I select music from Tidal, when I select Spotify it is normal

I need and update?

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues when playing Tidal on Sonos. Just to check, when you say crashing, do you mean the Sonos app is actually crashing and becoming unresponsive or does the song just skip to the next track? If the app is crashing, I’d suggest making sure your mobile device meets our app requirements and has the correct app permissions enabled, if these are correct, then I’d recommend reinstalling the Sonos app.

If it’s just skipping to the next track, does the same issue happen when you use either the Sonos app or Tidal Connect, or is this only limited to one of those? I’d recommend reauthorizing Tidal in the Sonos app by heading to Account → Content Services → Tidal → Primary Account → Reauthorize. Try using Tidal again and if it still skips, then reboot your system by powering off; your router, additional networking equipment, your Sonos speakers, and the controller running the Sonos app for one to two minutes.

If none of the above resolve this for you, then I’d recommend getting in touch with our support team for further troubleshooting and assistance.
