All speakers (except one) and Alexa voice control have ceased to work

Hello, for some reason all my speakers, except the Roam have ceased to work. I also have a Boost. What should I do next to retrieve them? Many thanks.

Hi @statevariable,

Sorry to hear you’ve having issues getting your speakers working. I’ve had a look at your system and from my end, everything but the Roam has a cloud connection to us. Is it still the case that you’re not able to connect to your other speakers? 

If you still aren’t seeing your speakers, then can you give me some information about your network? Such as your routers make and model, as well as if you have any additional networking equipment, such as switches, access points, powerline adaptors, etc.

I’d also suggest looking at our article for products missing from the Sonos app if you haven’t, as it gives some basic troubleshooting steps to help get your speakers showing again.

Thank you for your message and advice. A few days ago, my system returned as quickly as it had disappeared!
