Connect not Connecting

After the update our Play 3 continues to work with both radio and music streaming but our connect does not work with either.

The Connect links our amp to 2 non Sonos speakers. Any suggestions on how to re-connect the non-connecting Connect?

I would suggest you run a diagnostic within 10 minutes of a failure to make the Connect functional and call Sonos Tech support. They can look at the information and provide you a plausible answer.

You might try this….

It may be a network issue. So you can try unplugging the Connect and rebooting your router. After the router comes back then plug in your Connect and let it come back then try integrating it with your Amp.

@GregKV

Have you been on older S2 version before the update or on S1?

If you were on S1, are you sure both devices got the update and the Connect is a S2 ready one?
