Hello,
Why doesn't the application show the alarm clock and sleep timer item on the Samsung S23+ (Android) phone?
For Motorola Edge 30 Neo (Android), these items are displayed...
Is it the app or Samsung's fault?
Thanks P.

Hi @Palco

You don’t have Pi-Hole on your network, do you? If you don’t know what it is, it’ll be a “no”. If you do, please see my article for which addresses to allow:

Or, is there any software installed only on the S23 that might interfere with the connection (like a firewall or VPN)?

Hi @Palco

Welcome back to the Sonos Community! And, apologies for the delay.

Sorry to hear of the issue you’re having with the Alarm and Sleep items being missing from your Sonos app on one of your devices.

This should not be happening - please try a reset of the Sonos app on the affected device: User icon » App Preferences » Reset App » Reset. Reopen the app afterwards, opt to connect to an existing system, and log in to your current Sonos account.

I hope this helps.

Of course, I did that (several times), but to no avail…

Everything is fine with the iPad Os, also fine with the Motorola... but not with the Samsung.

Revert to version 16.1 and save yourself a lot of user complaints.

Hi @Palco

Thanks for trying that.

I’ve asked a group of technicians if anyone has this particular phone to test with - I’ll get back to you if I hear anything.
