We own 3 homes, used same Sonos login for all 3.  First home is the oldest.  What does new owner have to do.  He mentioned something about transferring account?  Do I have to be physically at this account to do this?  How do I know what is still supported?

Before May you just they could just go into the mobile app and Transfer Ownership.

With the new app, well who knows.

They might just have to factory reset everything (I assume they have a different wifi anyway) and set it all up from scratch.

It still exists in the new app. Go to System Settings / Manage / Transfer System Ownership.

Yes, sold home and new owners are trying to set up Sonos.  Maybe the new app already solved the problem, as they are already up and working without me transferring… strange, but I’ll take it!  Thank you!

They should have Factory Reset the units before attempting to setup. If they did not Factory Reset and simply added their phone/pad/computer, they have access to your music services. If there is any doubt, I suggest that you change the passwords to your music services.
