Sonos Roan SL disappear from APP no way to have it APP


As of today, my Roam SL no longer appears in the APP. I have reset and reconnected to the WFI Network, which connects to the WFI Network but does not appear in the APP. I am also done reset the router and nothing changed.

The two Play1s in the same network have remained in the APP and are working. What's the problem?
