surrounds malfunction

TV surround issue

i have just tried to play music on my TV Room. This configuration consist of a Arc and two Sonos One SL.

the result is the Sonos One SL’s keep getting a distortion in sound, on the other hand when this happens the Arc is all ok.

using the lasted update I decided to true tune that worked but still ended with the issue on the surrounds. I did check if that was occurring with the TV on, but all ok.

any ideas

I’m back and it’s now solved.

fix: Removed Sonos one SL,s from surround and set up as stereo, tested to determine if it was a physical issue and result all ok.

attached back to arc and tested radio, issue resolved for completeness opened tv and all is wonderful again.

As a guess this would have been a wireless issue maybe with the upgrade installation? However, used the new update to attach and Tuned and result as expected when complete.
