Why is the hold time so long and chat is unavailable. Will Sonos customer service respond to any of our questions and concerns?

the may update to the App is not working properly. I can’t even play music and I noticed the volume has a long delay when it did work. As of this morning my system is now worthless and not allowing me to play any music not even my TV!
