The new app on android gives me access to all my favourites but on iPad it does not .why..?
also all playlists on previous Sonos app have completely disappeared.annoying and disappointing.any one know why?

Yep. The new app is bad and support is about the same. Got a response telling me about all the good things it does, none of which are important to me. Can I get the old app back?

Most likely they are playable via the Sonos Desktop App. If you are on iOS you can play them with the app Phonos Plus (free) or SonoPhone ($3). If on Android delete the new app and install 16.1 via apk mirror or similar.
