Sonos amp


Hey Everyone, Sonos !

Just updated app on iPhone 15 pro max to version 80.00.00.

I have a sonos amp s2 with third party passive speakers and sub.

Worked a treat before I updated today.

 

My problem is that when I go into adjust sub audio/level it does not respond..what so ever.

Toggle on/off… no difference with sub audio.

 

It worked great prior to update, I have Jensen floor standing speakers with a 8 inch Yamaha sub (rca).

Have tried everything.

 

Any solutions ?

Not offhand, no. I would recommend that you call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

Very bad Sonos service no answer phone calls more than 2 hours

Using a desktop controller go to Manage → Settings → EQ Settings.
