Connecting Sonos Sub (Gen 2) to a stereo pair of One SL's turns off the sound from the right speaker

I have tried disconnecting everything and re-pairing the speakers then adding the Sub and so far the same result, which is the right speaker stops producing sound. If I disconnect the sub the right speaker begins producing sound again. The Sub is working with the left speaker only.

Thanks

Alan

That seems odd, for sure. I think I would submit a system diagnostic, from both ‘states’ and call Sonos Support to discuss the two diagnostics.

There may be information included in them that would indicate why connecting the Sub is causing your second speaker to drop.
