My system software is still 15.1 and doesn"t update to 15.3. I have auto updates turned on and have checked manually. I have restarted my mobile (samsung s21+) with up to date software and switched off and on my router, but still no update available. Any other way to force the update?

You could just delete your current controller, and download a fresh version from the Google store. Just make sure to ‘Connect to existing system’ when it asks you.
But I’d be more concerned about trying to figure out why you think the current controller’s version is 15.3, and not 15.10 as indicated in the release notes.
