Why did one room stop playing music?

Hi, I’ve had my Sonos set up for about 6 years. Suddenly it stopped playing music in 1 room. The rest of the rooms work fine. I reset the wifi and it still doesn;t work. In the App the room still shows up and can be controlled but there is nothing coming out of the speakers, What can I do? I did a diagnostic and the confirmation number is: 2002101329.

Hi

Since you’ve already reset the wifi trying unplugging the speaker for 30 seconds to see if sound returns. By all means DO NOT factory reset the speaker. If the above suggestion doesn’t work...submitting the diagnostic and posting the reference ID are the first steps. You still need to call Sonos tech support as waiting for someone to see it in this thread may be awhile.
