If you’re using a wired Sonos Boost, I doubt that your Port and One-SL are using your WiFi - it’s more likely they are using SonosNet - if not, I’m not understanding your reason for having the Boost. So first check your ‘About My System’ and just see what your devices are showing next to each entry in the device list. WM: 0 = SonosNet and WM: 1 = Your WiFi.

Whilst in this area of the App also see what the Era is doing - note a Sonos Era cannot use wireless SonosNet - maybe see what happens when you cable it ‘direct’ to the router?

Not sure what to react to. What’s wrong with the facts you describe? The fact the Era (wired with the Sonos adapter I presume) is shown as not connected? Does it work despite this?
