For months now, every single day, my ‘bedroom’ Sonos One’s have an alarm that goes off at 8:30am.
I can say “Sonos cancel” and it turns off
But if I say “Sonos cancel my alarm” it says “there are no timers set”
If I look on the app there are no alarms or timers set
I have disconnected all other programs (like Alexa) and the alarm still goes off. I have checked previously linked smart voices (like alexa) and there are no alarms set with them either.
My first thought was Alexa, but as you’ve checked that, there must be another reason.
Spotify (and other apps) can play to Sonos directly - perhaps a third-party app is responsible?
Either way, whatever is causing your One to start playing will be recorded in the logs - I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
