Hello for 3 days my sonos roam lowers the sound alone when listening music on Spotify then goes off on its own when the battery is full?
I tried to reset it, the problem comes back..
Anyone else has this trouble ? Thanks you

Maybe first toggle it’s mic off/on again and then try powering the Roam off fully (5s+ rear power button press until you hear the shutdown tones). Wait 10 seconds and bring it back online and just see if that sorts the matter.
