My currently set up in a medium size bedroom: Beam 2, Sub Mini and 2 One SL’s
I want to stick with Beam 2 and Sub Mini as I think it enough for my room, but I would like add more enhances surround sound when playing Atmos content.
My question is: Worth upgrading my One SL’s to Era 300’s? Since the Beam 2 does not have Up firing Speakers will the 300’s still work well?
Thanks!

Yes, the Era 300s work well with the Beam. They will give you a wider rear soundstage than the One SLs. And depending on how far you are seated from the 300s and how tall your ceiling is, you may be able to hear the height channel effects from the two upward firing drivers when playing Dolby Atmos audio. Test them out for yourself. If you don’t like them, you can always return them.
