It’s so frustrating that I cannot connect my regular Sonos Move to the new Sonos App. While the Sonos Move device appears listed on the App along with my other Sonos products, which I ‘tick’ it to stream music to the Move, the App say “Unable to Connect. Please try again later.” This never used to happen in the older app and I have been using the Move without a problem since 2019 on the earlier App. My internet network, bandwidth all is the same and I checked there are no updates required on the Move or the new App. I don’t want to use Bluetooth on Move for various reasons!
I am in Australia and when I call the Sonos Australia helpline number, the wait is for more than 2 hours everytime I called!
Can anyone PLEASE help me!!
