help for my roam

Hi , 

i have a problem with my sonos roam, it doesn’t light up anymore and doesn’t play any sound or music . 
it’s recognized by the app , appears as linked with the bluetooth on my phone and on the app. It’s seems to work but the sound doesn’go out . 
No sound , and no del orange blue or white  … 

i don’t know what to do …. 
Does someone knows what happens ?

First I would try a forced restart (after charging the battery) by holding the power button constantly for about 15 seconds. 
If that doesn’t work, I recommend a factory reset because of led not showing any reaction. 
Last option will be to call Sonos support team.
