Hello. I currently have full Sonos surround for my tv setup. It have the arc, two era 100’s as the paired surround speaker, and a bass. My main goal is trying to connect my audio-technica Bluetooth record player to my system.
I just bought a roam 2, which is able to connect to my record player. Thinking that I could then connect the whole system once I did that. The issue now is when I select to connect ‘everywhere’ an error pops up every time saying ‘unable to connect, try again later’

Any suggestions to fix this problem? Or another to connect my Bluetooth record player?

Before calling Sonos Support directly to discuss it, I would double check for firmware updates in the controller, during or immediately after playing some music on the Roam 2.  I think the Roam is not always being woken up for firmware updates properly (a generic statement, and a supposition at that), but would then potentially have difficulty sending data to another Sonos room.

I’d also, if that didn’t fix things, want to reboot several things, including all Sonos devices (power cycling, to include the Roam), and the router. At that point, I’d want to call in.

Same issue resolved in the same way. Thanks. This is the least reliable of all my sonoses.
