I have a Pixel 3XL and a new Sonos Roam (among some other Sonos products).  I am unable to bluetooth pair my Pixel with the Roam.  I’ve been able to pair the Roam to my wife’s Pixel 4a, and my son’s android tablet.  I’ve been able to pair another speaker to my Pixel.  I don’t know what the problem is.  I go through the simple steps, and see Sonos Roam (SONOS 3EC8) on the list.  When I attempt to pair, it goes gray for a few seconds and then back to white, like it never happened.

 

Is there a way to solve this? 

Have you tried rebooting your phone?

I have.  I’ve rebooted it in safe mode.  I’ve also done a factory reset with it.

Have you powered down the Roam and left it powered down for at least 10 seconds before powering it on again? Have you tried forgetting the Bluetooth connected devices on your phone?
