I received the Roam sound system for 2 days and it no longer responds at all despite the on / off button pressed, the play / pause buttons pressed and not even the possibility of reinitializing. Only a white light is constantly on above the "micro" logo. Has anyone ever had this problem and was able to solve it?

Please try holding the power button down for at least 7 seconds to power it off, wait 30 seconds and try powering it back up again by holding the power button down for 2 seconds. If there’s still no sign of life in your Roam, get in touch with our customer care team who can take a closer look at what’s happening there.
