I’ve been charging my Sonos move with a USB and the main charger it came with for 5 hours each and it does not switch on regardless of what I do. Whilst it is charging, the battery symbol at the front constantly flashes. I’ve tried to hold the power button but the light at the top just flashes white and switches off again. Really wondering what’s happened and would love some help, feel like I’ve tried everything.. 

Sounds odd. What did Sonos Support say, when you called in to discuss it? That might give us a clue as to where to start.
