Our Sonos Move says it is playing music, but it is not.

Maybe try shutting the Move down (Whilst off it’s charger, 5+ sec press on rear power button until you hear the shutdown tones) - then reboot the local router and when the router is back online & settled, return the Move to its charger, let it power on, boot and also settle …then try it again and see if the audio then plays correctly for you.
