Sonos Move Bluetooth Connection Issues

We often use our move as a bluetooth speaker.

When we want to pair it, it is often not detected by the device we want to pair it with.

If it is on, it randomly wants to connect/ pair, and if something else is playing on another bluetooth speaker, it switches to the move without us wanting to.

What is the issue here? What can I do to fix the issue?

I had trouble pairing my Sonos Move via Bluetooth on numerous devices as well. 

Have you tried this reset on the link below?

Scroll down to reset the Move or Move 2. This resolved the connection / pairing problem for me and have not had the issue since the reset.
