Sonos Move after disconnect won’t appear on Android app, appears on iOS app.

What do I have to do to fix this? Even my other portable, a Roam is appearing on both. The Android app just refuses to see it in the system.

I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team, who will get a full picture of your network topology and have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.

Any chance you’re using a mesh network, and one controller device is connected to a different “node” on your network?

That’s definitely possible 🤔 but the issue only arises from the Move and Roam. Other devices (Arc, Sub, and surrounds) remain connected and they’re in different rooms.
