What do I have to do to fix this? Even my other portable, a Roam is appearing on both. The Android app just refuses to see it in the system.

Any chance you’re using a mesh network, and one controller device is connected to a different “node” on your network?
That’s definitely possible but the issue only arises from the Move and Roam. Other devices (Arc, Sub, and surrounds) remain connected and they’re in different rooms.
