After some time without use, being over the disconnected base the Sonos Move 2 doesn’t react when I connect the base

Connected directly with the USB cable to the charger the only reaction is Intermittently (every 10 seconds) on the front of the Move a white light comes on at the top and a red light at the bottom

Then I tried a factory reset by pressing the bluetooth button and connecting again the USB cable, but it goes on Intermittently (every 10 seconds) on the front of the Move 2 a white light comes on at the top and a red light at the bottom.

After a lot of attemps the MOVE 2, reacted and is connected now
