Hello, I have a new Sonos Move 2 Olive. I am happy with my purchase but I cannot get the 24 hour battery life. If I take the Move out of the charging dock, stream WiFi-radio true TuneIn and set the volume between 5 and 10, my Move 2 doesn't last much longer than 6 hours, 8 hours at most. What playback conditions is the 24 hour playtime based on? Greetings, Wim

I’ll also share some estimates but please bare in mind the below:
Pausing, volume level, Bluetooth, heat exposure, WiFi-Signal, Voice Assistant usage and other factors will cause battery life to fluctuate.
If you feel like your Sonos Move 2 is not performing as it should, please reach out to our Support Team, as they have tools at their disposal to provide you with information about how the battery and your system is behaving.
