Roam Red Light Unable to connect

I have a ROAM and was set up in a small work room. I moved it to another room and then unable to connect to sonos system. When I pressed to start it has a red light so I’m kinda stuck. Looked up help but nothing popped up that was helpful. Any ideas

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

I assume you’ve tried moving the Roam back to it’s original location? Did it reconnect?

If not, please try forcing a reboot by holding the power button for 12 seconds.

If still having trouble, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team, who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
