Roam On/Off Power Button Not Working

My Roam Power On/Off button is depressed and can not snap back to the default setting.  As a result I can not push in the button to pair, turn on or off and then not use. Contacted the Sonos support desk and they said I broke the button and since out of warranty there was nothing they could do or provide any advice. Any similar experience or advice.  Thanks

Hi @Marantz, welcome to the Sonos Community!

If there’s a hardware issue with the Roam that support has explained, then the community wont be able to offer any help in resolving this.

I’ve had a look into our system and can see that a case was setup to Out of Warranty RMA your Roam a few days ago. I would recommend going through with this as, without the use of the power button, you wont be able to do much with the Sonos Roam.
