roam - no sound at all

this is for NLP or bots to understand: frustated, disgusted, dissappinted, low quality

What does the Sonos App show on the ‘now playing screen’. What does the battery and status LED show too?

Have you tried power-cycling the device? (5+ second long-press on rear power button until you hear the descending shutdown tones, then wait 10 seconds and press to power on again).
