Roam causing Beam to disconnect

I recently bought a Roam for use outside. I’ve paired it with the app, however ever since I’ve done that we’ve had issues with our existing Beam showing up as an audio destination. It just seems to randomly disappear, and turning off the Roam does seem to help it come back. We had zero issues with the Beam until we added the Roam.

any ideas?

Try unplugging the Beam from power for about a minute and rebooting your router. If this doesn’t help, you can try wiring the Beam directly to the router with an ethernet cable. You can also try changing your router’s wireless channel:

Just received the Roam and I have the exact same problem, with a similar configuration. Impossible to get back all my settings.
Did you even try this at Sonos before launching your product ? How is it possible ?
I’m so annoyed that I’m considering to send the Roam back.
