Trying to update new “Move” to my existing system and Move update is required but it continues to error out . Help ... this is a brand new product.

Apologies for the short delay on our response. Please have a look at the following article Error 1013 when updating Sonos.
There was an issue recently for some customers on which Sonos products were unable to update showing the error code 1013, but the latest from our developers team is that it’s fixed now.
I would suggest a reboot to your Sonos Move and then try to update again.
If it keeps failing then please submit diagnostics and contact Sonos Support for further troubleshooting.
