Problems configuring Roam (using Google WiFi) - I do as I’m told, but receive the message Sonos not found. Tried resetting to factory default - same result.

View originalLikely that the Roam is connected to a different ‘puck’ than the one your phone is connected to. Try unplugging all the ‘remote’ pucks, leaving only the base plugged in, and try again.
