Problems configuring Roam (using Google WiFi) - I do as I’m told, but receive the message Sonos not found. Tried resetting to factory default - same result.

Hmmm. If no one else in the community has an idea, it may be best to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.

Likely that the Roam is connected to a different ‘puck’ than the one your phone is connected to. Try unplugging all the ‘remote’ pucks, leaving only the base plugged in, and try again.

Thanks Bruce! I’ve tried with just the base connected, but it still won’t start. Geir
