Hi all - for the last few days my Sonos Roam will no longer skip Spotify tracks when I ask it (‘this action is not supported), and secondly it stopped playing sleep sounds on loop (even when I ask it to loop it, and it confirms this is done and memorised).

 

Anyone else having the same problems and/or troubleshoot suggestions?

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

I gather this is a problem you’re having with voice commands? If so, which Voice Assistant(s) are you using on your Roam, and if you were to use the Sonos app instead, do you still get the same issues?

Have you tried rebooting the Roam by doing the following?

  1. Disconnect Roam from charging cables and remove it from wireless chargers.
  2. Hold the button on the back of Roam for at least five seconds until you hear the power-off tone and the light above the Sonos logo turns off.
  3. Wait 10 seconds.
  4. Press the button on the back of Roam to turn it back on.
