my Roam is not working.

So it was dead. But though a bit of googleing i got it to show charging... but now it never seems to charge and will not turn on even if plugged in.

 

Any suggestions!?

I would call Sonos Support to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
