Hey,

Over the past couple of months, I’ve been using my move speakers to play music on when I practice bass. A few days ago, I went to play the music, and one speaker sounded incredible muffled like it was underwater, and the other speaker was fine. I could kind of adjust this and fix it with eq but it was still noticeably bad. I just used the other speaker that night. Last night, I went to go use the other speaker, and it seemed to have the treble maxed out on it with little to no bass coming from it. Same thing, even with messing with the eq, it still didn’t sound right. I haven’t used them since and I really don’t know what to do. I really want to avoid getting a new speaker if that’s possible. Has this happened to you, and what did you do to fix it?

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing audio issues with your Sonos Move playing muffled sound.

If you can, capture an audio recording showcasing the muffled sound and I suggest afterwards you reach out to our Support Team for some live troubleshooting.
