Hello all, 

I have the Move 2 speaker and it's working fine except for the status light is no longer on even though the speaker is playing. I turned it on and off several times and the problem is still there. I went into the setting in the Sonos app and the status light is toggled in the on position. I turned that off and on several times and did not solve the problem. Would someone respond please that has had this issue? Thank you.

Wouldn’t be easier to call Sonos Support to discuss it? I’m not sure if an LED failure shows up in a diagnostic (but I doubt it, seems too low level to track), but whether you need advice on how to ‘fix it’, or a replacement device, they’d likely be the best source, rather than this community. 


I figured someone would have had the problem and there would be a quick fix. Of course I could contact Sonos. Thanks for your input
