move 2 connection

I'm trying to add a move 2 to an existing system. It appears to add normally but I cant see it in App. I can see it on Spotify app.

Assuming you added the Move 2 properly to your system as follows:

  1. Move 2 was powered on and LED flashing green
  2. Opened Sonos app and selected “Add a product”
  3. Followed directions from that point on…then….
  4. Try the following:

Option 1

  1. Stop the Sonos app on your device 
  2. Restart the app
  3. Look for your Move 2

Option 2

  1. Delete the Sonos app.
  2. Reboot your router
  3. Reconnect your device 
  4. Download re-install the Sonos app 
  5. Open Sonos app 
  6. When prompted select “Join existing system”
  7. See if your Move 2 shows
