I'm trying to add a move 2 to an existing system. It appears to add normally but I cant see it in App. I can see it on Spotify app.

Assuming you added the Move 2 properly to your system as follows:
- Move 2 was powered on and LED flashing green
- Opened Sonos app and selected “Add a product”
- Followed directions from that point on…then….
- Try the following:
Option 1
- Stop the Sonos app on your device
- Restart the app
- Look for your Move 2
Option 2
- Delete the Sonos app.
- Reboot your router
- Reconnect your device
- Download re-install the Sonos app
- Open Sonos app
- When prompted select “Join existing system”
- See if your Move 2 shows
