Mixer to Roam via Bluetooth Audio Adapter?

I use a Roam to connect one bluetooth turntable to the Roam and them my older Sonos System. Now I'm wanting to do the same but with two turntables and a mixer using a standalone Bluetooth Audio Adapter (like this one). How can I get the Roam to connect to the BT Adapter without an interface. Can I do something special in the iOS app? Something else?

Sonos is not suitable for mixing or DJing.  There’s a 75 ms lag built-in to allow the stream to be buffered for multi-room use.  This makes it almost impossible to sync a mixer with the audio output.
