I can't pair my move 2

I cannot reset my device. After turning on, the device shows a white flashing diode. It makes no sounds when turning it on and off. Attempting to reset does nothing. White LED keeps flashing.

Yes, I tried the reset according to the instructions and nothing works.

In that case, if it will not factory reset (flashing green status LED), it’s probably best to give Sonos customer support a call. Here is a link to contact them…
