Need help removing a Roam from my Sonos S2 app. I have already followed the instructions detailed in the thread below with no success. The speaker persists.
Please advise.
If the Sonos app doesn’t detect the Roam on your network, the Roam will automatically be removed from the app after a few days.
You can either reboot your router and devices straight away following its removal, or just simply wait for 72 hours and it will ‘drop off’ the system, once you have either left it powered off, or have factory reset it for resale etc; and that time-period has passed.
