I have a new roam. I have followed all instructions and set up but when it says something is playing, I have no sound. My volume is up. Any ideas?

Perhaps first try a reboot of the local router, the speaker and controller device too. If no joy with playback after doing those things, then you need to provide some additional detail here, such as mode of use: Bluetooth, Wireless, via Sonos App, or ‘Direct Control’ Playback from another App, or if using Airplay ..and state the actual audio source.

Some details about the local network setup and the Roam status LED, volume level etc; might perhaps assist too.
