hi i have a sonos move 2 6 months old but its never been able to charge via the base usb c is fine but not the base ive just bought a new power supply for it 45w 5v incase that was faulty i have an orange light come on for ten seconds then it goes off as it should but still no charge any help or advise please

Call Sonos support, you are still under warranty and may have a defective base or bad contact on the speaker.
