Hi there! I was so excited to get a Roam SL for my birthday and we spent hours troubleshooting how to connect the damn thing. It’s a total bust, the setup process in the app keeps failing every single time and the speaker is useless until it connects to the app. We've never had a Sonos product so this isn’t exactly the welcome wagon we were expecting. Might have to return it and keep using JBL who hasn’t let us down yet.
Any thoughts or recommendations?
