Got a brand new Move today. Have had it on the charger for 30 minutes - no lights have turned on. 
 

Do I have a defective speaker, or do I need to be more patient?

Do I have a defective speaker, or do I need to be more patient?

The Move should power on as soon as it’s placed on its charger-loop - maybe try the charger in a different power outlet.


Perhaps also ensure the charger-loop is the correct way up and that the contacts are connecting to the speaker contacts at the rear base of the speaker.
