Hi everyone.  My Sonos Moves will not go FROM Bluetooth TO Wifi.  I’ve pressed the bar between the Power button and the Join button on the back.  It flashes blue for a while then goes back to green.

I’ve done a hard reset by holding the power button down for 10 seconds.  It powered up to Wifi briefly then went back to Green.  I pressed the bar on the back again, same thing happened.  Any help appreciated

Is it a solid Green or a flashing Green?

By hard reset do you mean reboot? If so, was it still on the charge base? https://support.sonos.com/en-us/article/reboot-sonos-products

 

Or do you mean factory reset https://support.sonos.com/en-us/article/reset-your-sonos-product

 

If the latter, you’ve deleted network data and so need to treat it as a new device and add it to your system again

Sorry to hear about this issue you are having with your Move not coming out of Bluetooth mode.

If the advice above has not helped any, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
