My recommend tracks and albums on tidal are up to date with new music, but when I access via sonos the content hasn't changed in months. I have reauthorised etc but no change? Any advice welcome 

That’s odd, Sonos is supposed to be grabbing content from Tidal’s servers to show you. I wonder if some content is going through, but not all? It’s hard for us to tell, your best bet would be to submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it. Don’t post the resulting diagnostic number here, they get sensitive about GDPR.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

You’ve already done one of the things I’d normally suggest, so maybe a full network refresh, by unplugging all Sonos devices from power, then rebooting your router? I’d wait a couple of minutes before plugging back in the Sonos devices, to allow the router time to boot up and settle down. But really, I think calling in might be your best bet.
